Paul Competition!


Do you want to go to the Melbourne Premiere of Paul with Nick Frost and Simon Pegg? Well thanks to Universal Pictures we have some amazing prizes to give away including two tickets to the Premiere this Thursday night.

All we want you to do is tell us which fictional alien you'd like to go on a road trip with (as opposed to real aliens who have better things to do). Write your answer below, on the appropriate Facebook thread or tweet it to us. Now because the premiere is this Thursday night we need to draw this a little earlier than the rest of the prizes so these tickets will be drawn on Wednesday the 6th of April at noon. The rest of the prizes will be drawn on Monday the 11th of April at 6pm.

The Premiere will be on Thursday the 7th of April, Hoyts Melbourne Central from 6:00pm. Even if you don't win, this is a red carpet event so head along to check out Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.

The prizes are as follows:

 *Grand Prize - 2 Tickets to the premiere of Paul, a Paul poster and a Paul T-Shirt.
 

*4 Runner Up Prizes - 1 in season double pass to Paul, a Paul poster and a Paul T-shirt.


The winner of the grand prize will be contacted via social media at noon on Wednesday the 6th of April (blogspot entries, please make sure we can contact you on your profile). Please only enter the original draw if you can make the event. All prizes must be picked up from All Star Comics Melbourne (which is conveniently located just around the corner from Melbourne Central). If you can't make it, save your entry for after 12pm on Wednesday as you will then go into the draw for runner up prizes. All original entries are included in the runner up prize draw. One entry per person. Paul is rated MA15+ so you must be over the age of 15 to enter.

    It's got to be Alf... or if not Chiana from Farscape. That show was pretty much a road trip anyway.

    I'd definitely take E.T. He knows how to drink and he's friends with Drew Barrymore which is a bonus.

    The alien I'd go on a road trip with would be the alien in 'Alien'. Nobody would bother us. In fact, I might not even bother us

    I would choose to go on a road trip with My Favourite Martian - aka Uncle Martin (oh dear am I showing my age now...LOL) He has an interesting perspective to life on earth which would make a road trip so much fun!!
