SKOTTIE YOUNG COVER RAFFLE SUPPORTING THE GOOD FRIDAY APPEAL!

The GOOD FRIDAY APPEAL for the ROYAL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL is something of an institution here in Melbourne and we thought it was about time we did your part to help with raising some funds for this worthy cause.

Over the last couple of years artistic comic genius, Skottie Young has been producing some of the most sort after variant covers to comics as part of his "Young Marvel" line. The theme of the covers is united in that they are all showcasing the title characters in a child like form and setting. These covers are as beautiful as they are funny and are extremely rare and hard to find.

We couldn't think of a better suited charity than the Good Friday Appeal to raffle these "Young Marvel" covers off for, as they celebrate both the wonder and awe of youth in such a delightful manner.

To support the Good Friday Appeal we will be running a raffle to for 3 sets of Skottie Young’s Marvel Now Variant Covers.

Tickets will be $2 each, available to buy in store and 100% of ticket sale will be going to the Good Friday Appeal.

The draw will be at 5pm on Saturday the 19^th of April in store, and winners will be notified by phone call or social media.

The 3 prize packs contain:

1^st Prize: A set of 30 Skottie Young Marvel Now Variants and a Poster valued at $300 (see below picture)

2^nd Prize: A set of 20 Skottie Young Marvel Now Variants valued at $200 (see below picture)

3^rd Prize: A set of 10 Skottie Young Marvel Now Variants and valued at $100 (see below picture)

Each year the Good Friday Appeal brings together people from all parts of the community to raise much needed funds for equipment, research and education to support the work of The Royal Children'€™s Hospital.

The strength of the Good Friday Appeal lies with the thousands of people who volunteer their time, expertise and creativity to organise fundraising activities throughout the year. Together they have raised more than $258 million for the benefit of the hospital since the Good Friday Appeal began in 1931.

We couldn't be happier to be involved with fund raising for this charity and hope that you too will get behind this raffle for a wonderful cause! :D
